Snow Storm

 Like many others in our province, we recently had several snow storms. The first allowed the kids to play outdoors. With the second, school was cancelled, we had to stay indoors for several days, and we even lost power for a few hours. Here are a few photos of the first:

Winter Swim Meet

 The girls had a fun swim meet today, the last one of 2022. The stands were full and the races were exciting. Here are a few photos of the full day event:

Dance Class

Back in September, we discovered that the local gymnastics club was full, and so it was that we registered our 9-year old in dance class. She complained at first, but has been enjoying her classes; one

First Snow

 And so it was that we unexpectedly got a lot of snow this week. Here are a few photos of the girls enjoying the snowfall with their cousin during a Ped Day:

Happy Halloween!

 For the first time in about five years, the weather has been favourable on Halloween. And so it was that we wandered door to door for over two hours collecting much too much candy!

The Girls Celebrate Their Cousin’s Birthday

 The girls helped their one-year old cousin celebrate a very important birthday. Here are a few photos:

The Girls do a Cross-Country race

 The two younger ones were invited to participate in a regional cross-country race. Last month, the entire school participated in a Phys-Ed activity: 2km for the older ones around a nearby soccer pitch. They both placed in the top 8 of their grades, and were thus invited to the regional event. The day was sunny, but not too warm, and they enjoyed the festive ambiance. The raced through a forest by a local beach. Here are a few photos:
