It seems to have become a tradition in our household: As soon as school is out for the winter break the kids make graham cracker houses (that they learned to make in Kindergarten) and then play with Lego. I was hoping that this year’s Lego project would take at least several days to complete. Unfortunately our girls have become experts of sorts, and built the Lego globe in three hours (recommended age 18+ due to degree of difficulty). Papa made a few “quality control” adjustments to the final product:

Snow Storm
Like many others in our province, we recently had several snow storms. The first allowed the kids to play outdoors. With the second, school was cancelled, we had to stay indoors for several days, and we even lost power for a few hours. Here are a few photos of the first:
